Textile sculptures

In this section of works, concerning textile sculptures, we observe the transition from a purely pictorial plane to a material, sculptural plane in which painting and sculpture engage in a dialogue, making the ropes the protagonists. Next we find the textile sculptures, grouped by chapter of works. The artist addresses themes and questions that, while connected by the same philosophy and expressed through the same medium, develop to define a diverse range of works. In each chapter, we will accompany you with a description of the investigative process that led La Giacco to the creation of the works in question.
